Texas Air Systems shines in the category of recognition, and the Dallas Business Journal highlighted our unique culture.

Kudos are given in a monthly newsletter and in an annual service recognition luncheon with rib-eye steaks served up by the company’s owners.

Most popular, however, are “spot awards,” which are thank you notes, flowers, gift cards or sports tickets give for just “taking care of business.”

In 2010, we were ranked #16 on the list.  Our goals in 2012 are to reach #1, and once we’ve conquered that hill, jump to the Large Company List.
